Intimation For Mandatory Furnishing Of PAN KYC Nomination And Bank Details By Physical Share Holders

Please take note that pursuant to the SEBI Circulars the Company had sent letters to the physical shareholders through Speed/Registered post on 28th January 2022 requesting them to update their PAN KYC and Nomination detail as stipulated in said Circulars. Now the Company once again had sent reminder letter to shareholders through Speed/Registered post who have not yet updated the desired details.
