We wish to inform the Exchange that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from Friday March 31 2023 for the consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended March 31 2023. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results.
