In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 kindly find attached Notice of Postal Ballot through E-Voting which is being dispatched to the members of the Company as per the record of the Company as on Friday March 17 2023 (the Cut-Off Date).Please be informed that the Company is providing e-voting facility to its members in respect of resolutions as mentioned in the Notice of Postal Ballot. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited as the authorized agency to provide e-voting facility. The e-voting facility shall be kept open from 9:00 a.m. on Saturday March 25 2023 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday April 23 2023 for members to cast their votes electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled for voting after Sunday April 23 2023 at 5.00 p.m.
