Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Companys Shares/Securities the trading window will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company from Saturday the 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2023.The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2023 will be intimated in due course.
