In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from Saturday April 1 2023 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31 2023.
