Notice is hereby given that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ending 31st March 2023 for purchase/sale/dealing in the Companys shares by designated persons pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
