This is to inform you that in terms of Companys Code Conduct to regulate monitor and report of the trading by Designated persons read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from April 01 2023 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results to the public for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023 (both days inclusive).The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Companys Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023 to the stock exchange.The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023 will be intimated in due course.
