Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated persons in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the Trading Window of the company shall remain closed with effect from 1st April 2023 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March 2023.
