In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended we hereby inform that the Trading Window (for sale purchase and dealing in Companys Equity Shares) will remain closed from Saturday 1st April 2023 for all designated persons as defined under the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Audited Financial Results of the 4th Quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2023 by the Board of Directors in upcoming Board Meeting.
