Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of said Regulations this is to inform you that Ms. Ritu Sharma has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company due to personal reasons. The Board has accepted her resignation and has relieved her from the responsibilities with effect from 31st March 2023.
