As per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations 2018 read with its schedule B and in respect of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders for prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares it is hereby intimated that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Saturday 01st April 2023 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2023.
