This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and in accordance with Companys Insider Trading Code to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the listed securities of the Company shall be closed for the Designated Persons of the Company from Saturday 1st April 2023 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March 2023.
