Pursuant to SEBI Circular No:- SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26 2018 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11 2019 we would like to confirm that the Company does not fulfill the criteria specified in Para 2.2 of the above mentioned SEBI Circular and hence does not fall in the category of Large Corporate as on 31st March 2023 and cannot be considered as a Large Corporate as defined under the said circular.
