Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01.04.2023 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March2023.The date of the Board Meeting in which results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.Kindly take the same on record.
