Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and clarification given - by BSE vide its letter ref. no. LIST/ COMP/ 01/ 2019 - 20 dated April 2 2019 regarding trading restrictions period trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarterand year ended 31st March 2023 for Directors KMPs Promoters And Promoters Group and Designated Persons etc. covered under the Code.
