In compliance SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window of the Company shall remain close with immediate effect for all the Designated Employees and all Connected person as given in Regulation 2(d) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 for dealing in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the shares of the Company. The Trading Window shall remain closed with effect from April 3 2023 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31 2023 in terms of provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as stated above. The Trading Window shall be opened after 48 hours of Declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 2023 by the Company to your esteemed Exchange.
