This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and as per the BSE circular no. LIST /COMP /01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 regarding Trading Restriction Period the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect (i.e. from Saturday 01st April 2023) till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the half year and year ended 31st March 2023 (both inclusive).
