In continuation of earlier intimations with respect to hearing dates; we hereby inform you that company had hearing before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai Bench for approval of application for the Resolution Plan of the I.A 68/2021 on Thursday March 30 2023 and the same had been adjourned and now it is scheduled to be held on May 10 2023.
