On visiting BSE Website at www.bseindia.com it is observed that BSE Limited has sought clarification pertaining to movement in Price as per Corporate Announcement Section. The Company has not received any communication in this regard. However we wish to inform you that there are no extra ordinary events or information pertaining to the Company requiring disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 or otherwise which can lead to movement in price of the equity shares of the Company. Please take note of the above and update the same accordingly.
