This has reference to email received from BSE Limited bearing Reference No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/KB/ 2023-2024 / 3148 dated 11/04/2023 with caption Clarification on Price Movement.In this regard we wish to inform you that our company on regular basis used to submit informations/announcement to the stock exchange as and when required in terms of applicable SEBI Regulations and Listing Agreement . Also we would like to submit that apart from information on various matter already shared with the Stock Exchange from time to time there is no further Information/Announcement (including impending announcement) which are required to be shared with Stock Exchanges.We would further like to state that we have nothing to do with price movement in shares of the Company and it is totally market driven.Further we assure that we would keep Stock Exchanges informed of any Information/ Announcement as required to be given under SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 from time to time.
