In accordance with Regulation 74 (5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we enclose a copy of certificate received from the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e. M/s Skyline Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. w.r.t. physical share certificates received for dematerialisation of securities from the Depository Participant (Equity Shares) of the Company for the Quarter ended March 31 2023. On the basis of certificate of RTA we hereby confirm that:a) The securities comprised in the said certificate(s) have been listed on the Stock Exchange. b) The said certificate(s) after due verification have been mutilated and cancelled and the name of depository has been substituted in our records as registered owner.
