In compliance with Regulation 7(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the Company has appointed KFin Technologies Limited (KFin) (registered with SEBI vide SEBI Registration No. INR000000221) as its Registrar & Transfer Agent for providing registry share transfer and other services.Pursuant to Regulation 7(3) of the Listing Regulations the Company and KFin certify that for the year ended 31st March 2023 i.e. from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 all activities in relation to share transfer facility are maintained by KFin in compliance with Regulation 7(2) of the Listing Regulations.We request you to take note of the aforesaid.
