With reference to the subject matter and pursuant to the provision of Regulation 57 (5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform you that the said Regulation is not applicable to our Company as there are no non-convertible securities issued by the Company and we confirm that :1. There was no payment due of interest/dividend/principal obligations for non-convertible securities during the quarter ended 31st March 2023 and2. There is no unpaid interest/dividend/principal obligation in relation to the non-convertible securities as on 31st March 2023.
