We would like to inform you that the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company is less that Rs. 10.00 Crores and Net worth of the Company is less than Rs. 25.00 Crore as on 31st March 2022 and as per Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the compliance with the provision as specified in regulations 17 17A 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 24A 25 26 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and Para C D and E of schedule V of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 shall not be applicable to the Company.Hence the submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2023 is not applicable to the Company.
