The Board at the Meeting held today i.e. 20th April 2023 noted the resignation of Mr. Mohit Aggarwal as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 20th April 2023 and appointed Ms. Gunjan Chadha as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 21st April 2023. Brief profile and other details of Mrs. Chadha as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular dated 9th September 2015 are given in Annexure 1.
