Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and our earlier intimation dated 18th February 2022 filed regarding lock out of our CROWNS and PILFER PROOF CAPS manufacturing division situated at Murbad District - Thane we wish to inform you that Company has reached amicable settlement with the Labour Union and consequently the Company will resume operation in phased manner for manufacturing of CROWNS and PILFER PROOF CAPS at Murbad Plant w.e.f. 22nd April 2023.
