This is in continuation of our letter dated 27th March 2023 informing you of the Trading Window Closure from 1st April 2023 to till completion of 2 days from the date of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held for considering the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended 31.03.2023. We now wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held at our Corporate Office on Thursday the 18-5-2023 to consider inter-alia the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended 31.03.2023 and to recommend dividend. We wish to inform you that in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Companys Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) till 20TH May 2023.
