The Applicant would like to inform you that the e-voting for the Thirteenth Meeting of the CoC of the Corporate Debtor was concluded at 8:00 PM on April 21 2023. Further in accordance with the Regulation 26 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016 (CIRP Regulations) the following resolutions has been approved by the CoC with the requisite majority: 1. Ratification of cost incurred from January 26 2023 till April 06 2023 related to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.2. Evaluation Matrix for evaluation of Resolution Plans.3. Approval and instruction to the Resolution Professional to file an application with Honble NCLT Mumbai Bench for Extension of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Period in terms of Section 12 of the Code read with Regulation 40 of the CIRP Regulations.
