At its meeting held on Tuesday April 25 2023 through video conferencing (VC)the Board of Directors recommended dividend of Rs. 5/- per Equity share (i.e. 50%) subject to approval of members in the Annual General meeting & would be payable to those shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as on Tuesday September 19 2023 (Record date).
