This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Madhumita Singh Bhasin as an Additional Director (Non - Executive & Non- Independent) of the Company with effect from 25th April 2023. In this regard we confirm that Ms. Madhumita Singh Bhasin is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
