Kfin Technologies Limited has confirmed to the depositories in respect to the certificates ofsecurities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended March 3123 that the securitiescomprised in the said certificate have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issuedsecurities of the Company are listed.
