This has reference to our intimation dated February 4 2022 regarding the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) in the case of M/s Vikas WSP Limited (the Company under CIRP) under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 filed by the Financial Creditor Bank of India and initiating the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC).Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the LODR we wish to inform you that the 18th meeting of Committee of Creditors of M/s Vikas WSP Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday 27th of April 2023 at 04:00 P.M. at Suite No.-310 3rd Floor 310 New Delhi House 27 Barakhamba Road Connaught Place New Delhi- 110001 attending either physically or through Video Conference or other Audio
