IP Rings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 26th May 2023 to consider approve and take on record the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31 2023 and also to consider declaration of dividend (if any) for the financial year ended on that date.As notified by the Company vide letter dated March 30 2023 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Internal Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window close period for dealing in the Securities of the Company for all the designated persons and their relatives has already commenced and the Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchange.
