Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Bank has on April 26 2023 granted 410600 equity stock options of the face value of Rs. 10 each at the grant price of Rs. 223.40 (Rupees Two Hundred Twenty Three and Forty Paisa only) per option to the eligible employees of the Bank. Disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR read with the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 are as provided in the attached letter.
