With reference to our intimation dated February 28 2023 pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) with respect to the one time settlement (OTS) in respect of the loan account of the company with International Asset Reconstruction Company Private Limited (IARC). In this regard we would like to inform you that the Company has made full and final payment of dues to IARC and the Company has received No Dues Certificate dated April 26 2023. Further all litigations initiated by IARC pertaining to this debt shall be withdrawn including complaints made to SEBI or any other regulatory authorities.
