The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended 31st March 2023 as reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee;2. Any other matter with the permission of chair.Further please note that the trading Window for trading/ dealing in securities of the Company which is closed from 1st April 2023 shall re-open on 30th April 2023 i.e. after 48 hours of declaration of the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.
