Dear Sir/MadamWe hereby confirm that the proceeds of issue of Equity Shares under Preferential Allotment made on 25th March 2023 has been fully utilised by the company for the objects of the issue and there are no material deviation in use of proceeds as compared to the objects of the Preferential Issue for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.
