We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Punjab & Sind Bank at its meeting held on 02.05.2023 inter alia has considered and approved the following: <BR> <BR> 1) Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter / Year ended 31.03.2023.<BR> 2) Recommend Dividend of Rs.0.48 per equity share (i.e.4.80%) of face value of Rs.10/- each to the shareholders of the Bank for the year 2022-23 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.<BR>
