In the appeals filed by Dr. Prannoy Roy Mrs. Radhika Roy and RRPR Holding Private Limited (Promoters) against the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the appeal filed by SEBI against the Company and Promoters challenging the order dated July 20 2022 passed by the Securities Appellate Tribunal the Honble Supreme Court vide its order dated May 1 2023 extended the stay on recovery of demand and directed to list the matter in the second week of July 2023.
