Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015(LODR) we are enclosing herewith the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Auditors Report of an unmodified opinion for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023.
