ASHIMA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday 16th May 2023 inter-alia to consider approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which has been closed from 1st April 2023 in terms of our earlier intimation dated 31st March 2023 relating to Closure of Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results on 16th May 2023.This is for your information and records.
