In terms of the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the company is required to submit information regarding loss of share certificates & issue of Duplicate Certificates to the stock exchange within two days of its getting information. Accordingly notice is hereby given that on 08.05.2023 Companys RTAs M/s. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. have informed that they are in receipt of complete documents for issuing duplicate share certificate for a shareholder in lieu of the lost or misplaced original share certificate of our company i.e Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited.
