Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has accepted the resignation of Mr. Kundan Kumar Mishra (DIN: 09325521) as the Independent Director of the Company w.e.f May 09 2023.Mr. Kundan Kumar Mishra has ceased to be the Independent Director of the Company w.e.f May 09 2023. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 are attached as Annexure A to this letter.
