Approved the re-appointment of Shri Prakash M. Sanghvi (DIN: 00006354) as the Managing Director Shri Jayanti M. Sanghvi (DIN: 00006178) as the Joint Managing Director and Shri Shanti M. Sanghvi (DIN: 00007955) as the Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) Years w.e.f. November 1 2023 subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 39th Annual General Meeting.
