Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and in accordance with the directions given by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench (Honble NCLT) in the matter of the Scheme of Arrangement between Bajaj Electricals Limited (Demerged Company) and Bajel Projects Limited (Resulting Company) and their respective shareholders under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act 2013 (Scheme) we enclose herewith the copies of the newspaper advertisements published today (i.e. on May 10 2023) in Business Standard (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) inter alia informing that the Company Scheme Petition (in this regard) is fixed for hearing before the Honble NCLT on June 8 2023.
