INDIAN HUME PIPE CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday May 16 2023 we wish to further inform you that the Board at the said meeting will inter-alia also discuss and consider the proposal for fund raising by way of preferential issue of equity shares of the Company pursuant to Sections 42 62 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and relevant provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 subject to the approval of the Members at the extra-ordinary general meeting of the Company and any other approvals as may be necessary.
