Shubham Polyspin Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the above we have to inform you that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 30th May 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company for taking on record Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/ Year ended on 31st March 2023.For the aforesaid purpose and in continuation of our letter dated 31st March 2023 it is confirmed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of Shubham Polyspin Limited shall continue to remain closed from 1st April 2023 to 1st June 2023 (Both days inclusive).This is as per Regulation 29 and other relevant Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
