Please find enclosed the intimation letter dated 12th May 2023 received from our RTA - TSR Consultants Private Limited providing information regarding duplicate share certificates of the Company. Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 a letter of confirmation will be issued to the securities holder / claimant upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates.This information is being submitted pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
