Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we hereby inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today approved the transfer of the entire shareholding in Pune Sholapur Road Development Company Limited (PSRDCL). Consequent to the above actions PSRDCL has ceased to be the subsidiary of the Company effective today.
