INDO TECH TRANSFORMERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023. Further in accordance with the code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed effective from Saturday 01st April 2023 and shall reopen after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results.
